Many approvals include conditions of approval or mitigation requirements that extend through the construction process and long term monitoring and management. For permits, certifications, and authorizations requiring long term compliance, COX Planning assists property owners and developers with monitoring and reporting construction activities to approving agencies, as well as operational monitoring and management once the project is completed. Examples include monitoring and management of natural resources, such as designated open space, wetlands, endangered species habitat, and native trees, as well as monitoring and reporting for waste discharge, air quality, and solid waste management.
